Basic web layout 1.2 [3 columns]

Fixed width (960 pixel) - Three column layout with the "faux columns" technique.
This is the same as "Basic web layout 1.0" except that in this layout there are white margins between blocks. And there are two sidebars at the left and right side.
We will use this layout to design other website templates in the future.
